Can I cancel my 50/50 membership?

Yes. 50/50 Memberships can be cancelled at any time. To cancel your membership, you have two options: 1) Log in to your account on the Manage Membership page at the bottom of our 50/50 website and unsubscribe OR 2) Email the 50/50 Membership Support Team at 5050Memberships@bluejays.com with your ticket receipt. Be sure to send it from the email address you used to subscribe.

Will I receive advance notice before my credit card is charged?

Yes, absolutely. Before a new jackpot begins, all members will receive a reminder that their credit card will be charged. At this time, as well as at any other point, members can choose to opt out of their membership by following the steps outlined on the Manage Membership page found at the bottom of our 50/50 website.

Is there a fee to becoming a 50/50 member?

No, there is no fee to become a 50/50 member and no minimum commitment!

How do 50/50 members receive their tickets?

Members automatically receive tickets via email when sales open for each jackpot.
